Marksbury short ribs slow cooked

Dinner. Marksbury short ribs slow cooked with sorghum, vanilla and bourbon, Elmwood lettuce and asparagus and apple slices. The crudités platter turned into more of a veggie antipasto, but that’s ok. (Local radishes and broccoli in that too. )

Why? Because I’m on vacation. 🙂
